By some miracle, it's somehow out! Iran is finished only months after it was supposed to, and of course it's also updated months after we were supposed to.

UA: Order of Lion and Sun. Gaining Governor Titles grants a burst of Faith and Culture. Cities with established governors gain +5% Production towards districts for every Title the governor has.

UU: Tofangchi. Replaces the Musketman. Ignores hill terrain cost. Gains +10% experience when trained per promotion the governor in its city has. Units adjacant to at least one Tofangchi gain +5 combat.

UD: Divan. Unique District unlocked at Civil Service. Provides +4 Loyalty. Yields +1 of the appropriate Great Person point for adjacent Districts. If constructed adjacent to at least 3 Districts, awards a Governor Title.

Ismail I

LUA: Absolute Truth of the Imams. Completely pillaging Holy Sites yields +2 Era Score. Governors in cities boost pressure towards your religion per promotion they have. Unlocks the Qizilbash unique unit when they research the Reformed Church civic.

LUU: Qizilbash. Unique Light Cavalry unit unlocked at Reformed Church. May Remove Heresy once, and gains additional Remove Heresey charges with every promotion. While within two tiles of a foreign Holy Site, pushes back enemy units if dealing more damage than it takes.

Agenda: He Who Made Mistakes. Likes those who follow his religion, and those who do not generate as much faith as he does. Hates those of other faiths, and those who declare war on their neighbors.

Nader Shah

LUA: Paradise in War. Using Great General actions heals all Iranian land units. Conquering cities grants gold for each specialty district in the city. Gains the Jazayerchi unique unit.

LUU: Jazayerchi. Unlocked at Rifling. Cannot be constructed, only upgraded from Tofangchi. Gains +7 base combat strength, and weakens adjacent enemy units. Upon creation, gains a promotion.

Agenda: Sword of Persia. Hates those who are from his continent, or have a large treasury. Likes fellow conquerors.
