A large petroleum tank for when your city needs to store a lot of petroleum. The color variations come in the form of grunge, but no version is completely clean. It is found in the Oil industry tab and is unlocked by a level 4 oil industry area. To set it apart from the large oil tank, it has no pipes and the railing is painted red.
