Do you want to be a good neighbour? Or perhaps a really nasty one?

Either way, this sort of works.

Main aim is to reduce the friction between neighbours allowing friendship or war equally.

-- Having a claim against you will only lower opinion by -1
-- Having a core against you will only lower opinion by -10 (-20 default)
-- If an AI wants your province it will give -45 (up from -15) BUT has a limit of -45 as well (to stop that alliance you've had for 200 years going up in smoke because you've crushed every nation between you and don't have a clean border)
-- Same goes for wanting subject provinces except it's -30

-- Border friction remains the same, but the limit is -50 rather than -200 (for the same reason as wants your provinces)
-- Aggressive expansion hit is the same as default, but recovers at a little over double the normal rateIn summary, it lets you keep the big friends you have a little easier, but increases tensions between small nations. Also makes the paint by numbers a little faster - no more waiting a decade between imperialist wars of aggression.
