Solution:

Copy MMod to your half life 2 update
Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life 2 Update\HL2MMod
Now go in the "Steam", select "Half-Life 2: Update"right click in "Properties".
Now u need set Launch code " -game HL2MMod".
Now start the game Half-Life 2: Update in Steam.

Do you guys have this problem when you get the crowbar or any gun , in the left corner down it says "Undentified weapon acquired " ?

Update: This can work, anyone playing on HL2 Vanilla- pop the HL2MMod and HL2MMod_HL2 folders into the Half-Life 2 folder in within common. Do this if you're doing the other games like HL2 Update. Place both HL2MMod and it's other folder with the name in that game in common.
