Ok, so for the fort, you first need to fire all canon balls. When you have the last mission "break the siege" (where you leave the fort) just go to the door and you should be able to press the button to open it finaly.
Note that it's slightly to the right of the door, making it less obvious.

You have to shoot off all cannons first, then hit use on the door and you'll gain access.

If this was a guide, it would give you better indications. The first looks like he did bracksenbruke, where the door doesn't open until the last cannon shot has fired.

the door for the tower is always closed at 1rst location? any ideas why?
