These Gravity spells only reduce the health by a percentage, and yes you can apply the spell agian. You will have to finish off the target with a melee attack or a different spell to kill them, as these spells do not kill your target. Similar to the spells in Final Fantasy

Gravity I
Reduces Health by 25%

Gravity II
Reduces Health by 50%

Gravity III
Reduces Health by 75%

Spells are found sold by Farengar in Whiterun

nice idea!
please make a mod that give the bound weapons, that u are conjuring have a gravity effekt so 10%. with an effect like this the bound weapons will be much better 4 playing on difficult legendary. sry for my bad english, but this will be a realy cool mod
