If Crashfish ignore you, it seems to me that Subnautica maybe has a hidden speed penalty while underwater (or a speed bonus while out of water?) that the multiplier from the seaglide is further increasing?

theres an easier way to do this i might make a guide on it later.

What was that the protagonist used to crack the moonpool? I mean, yeah, the propulsion cannon but what was the ammo?

Also, does the effect persist once you repair the moonpool?

I just realized how this works. So basically when the moonpool is flooded, I think the game increases the seagliders speed so that it can work properly underwater, but when you go out of the moonpool, I guess you've just gone through two levels of water, each one increasing the speed, so if I'm correct, the speed of the seaglide should be exactly double the normal speed.

IDK if that's right that's just how I understand it. Also, I hope I wrote it in a way that's easy to understand 😉

You can also do this by flooding a normal habitat, then deconstructing the hatch partially, and then exiting with the seaglide, it combines your walk and swim speed whenever you hold it, and also makes creatures like crashfish ignore you.
