Описание
A new version of Benetto's University Library Building, now repurposed as an office building in case you already have enough university places in your city.

Textures have been updated, and a colour map, normal map and illumination map added. Brick colour can be adjusted between pale orange/red or brown or grey using the Paint mod. Move It is also recommended.

Fits in well in a leafy European city.

Shared with Benetto's agreement and with thanks to Benetto for the use of the model.

Did you get permission from Benetto to do these? For recolors of someone elses assets you need permission.
