Deimos-HT

(HV CPU Tier 4, Size Class 3, Unlock Level 20, Alpha 12)

Primary roles: POI combat, Mobile Base, ceiling and floor docking, salvaging

Update 7/11/2020 - Updated to Alpha version 12. Changes made:

1. Removed all but 6 RCS
2. Removed old storage, ammo, and harvest boxes and replaced with new controller systems
3. New storage 12K, Ammo 6K, Harvest 6K, 2 cargo boxes
4. Updated LCD's and added new ones for new bays
5. Added 1 generator, shield, pentaxid tank, wifi
6. Cut 2 of 3 constructors
7. Fixed issue with getting out of secure cockpit
8. Fixed/changed a few textures.
9. Updated stat screen shots to reflect changes

I am happy to say, I cut no thrusters, weapons, or the multi tool turrets. All remains as it was short of 2 constructors but got a shield, new storage, wifi, pentaxid tank. and is 100% CPU compliant at T4.


Update 1/16/19 - Reworked secure cockpit so the player no longer gets stuck in it since recent alpha 9+ changes. I had to narrow the hallway behind the cockpit and removed the grates around the floor and ceiling.

The Deimos-HT is full featured heavy tank designed to dock on ceiling or floors. It comes with all quality of life features for a HV with the exception of mining drills.

Offense\Defense

The hull is built of combat armor and thick in places also including some lag shot blocks. It has both the 1st cockpit on the front as well as a secure interior cockpit for 3rd person view only. It has the maximum allowed weapons/turrets in standard game rules as well as two retractable multi-turrets with P menu activation control. Even the 1st person cockpit (which does have a limited but workable view) is set up to be both hard to hit and more than 1 layer of protection. It also features part seperation and extra heavy frontal defense.

Mobile Base

The interior is semi asymetrical and contains plently of survival needs including 15 large storage boxes, clone chamber, med station, fridges, o2, constructors, harvest and ammo boxes, and armor lockers. It has sensor based door, lights, and ramp + switches for exterior lights and to power down all RCS and thrusters to save on fuel when parked.

Ceiling and floor docking

This tank was designed to work with an upcoming unconventional CV and can dock on a ceiling docking bay. However, it can also be parked as normal in any hangar that is big enough to accomodate it.

2. Decent speed and maneuverability for a heavy tank
3. 6 Gattling guns, 6 minigun turrets, 4 rocket turrets, 1 artillery turret, 4 plasma turrets, 2 multi turrets
4. Unlocks at player level 20
6. Full featured mobile base/crafting/utiltity
7. 3 Constructors, 15 Large storage boxes, 4 Ammo Boxes, 1 harvest box
8. 2 Fridges, 2 Armor Lockers, clone chamber, med bay
9. O2 and O2 station
10. Automatic doors, lights, and ramp
11. Detector
12. Sensor based lights, door, ramp.
