You'll just get these by traversing the map and actually exploring all over the place. It can be pretty tedious to find every single location on your own. There are a few great maps people have compiled with every location listed.

Where I Belong
Stand on foot at the highest point in Solís


It sounds like this location is actually incorrect. <LBB> Morix going to the mountain peak you can see just below the S in QACHAS on the map. You can see it in the screenshot below (down and right from the map cursor).

Like in the previous game, you'll have to go find the highest point on the map. You can only really do this one near the end of the game, due to bad weather.
Once you can, fast travel to the ILLAPA outpost in the QACHAS region and before you drop, you will actually be looking right at the highest point.
Stand on top of this weird tower to get this one. If you don't get it here, try at the mountain to the south-east of this location. Check the map, and go to the peak right below the S in QACHAS.

There are a whole heap of things to do, and you're gonna have to do them all. Sorry.

Show Me the Way
Uncover every Ancient Statue


Look for the Ruins locations on the map. At most of these, you'll find a horizontal lever that you can rotate using the grapple booster. The lever will break, opening a nearby structure that then brings up a statue.

...The Harder They Fall
Destroy every Surveillance Airship


You'll find these flying the skies of Solís and they need a whole lot of damage to take down. If you can find an RPG Launcher somewhere nearby, even better.

I Like to Keep My Options Open
Unlock every Grappling Hook Mod


By completing side missions for Garland, Javi and Sargento you'll earn some gears to unlock grappling hook mods.

You'll recruit new pilots as you reach a few different chaos level milestones.

Secure every Factory


Some of the map regions have a factory. When secured they will give you different benefits. You'll get them all as you go for securing every region.

Secure every Region


By completing missions, you will gain squads of recruits which you can use to secure different regions from the world map. The number of squads required to secure a region is displayed on the map and can be reduced by securing adjacent regions.

Weapon Stash
Secure all Small Arms and Heavy Weapons Blueprints


You'll have to finish a short mission in a region before you can secure it. A few of them are getting these weapons blueprints.

Bomb Disposal
Remove all rigged vehicles from the harbors of Solís


You'll have to finish a short mission in a region before you can secure it. Three of these are driving vehicles rigged to explode into harbors. Despite the achievement wording, you don't need to sink them ALL, you just need to complete the missions. (Thanks EliteSheep)

Fully Stocked
Secure every Supply Drop Blueprint


You'll have to finish a short mission in a region before you can secure it. A few of them are getting these supply drop blueprints. You also unlock blueprints by doing things like the vehicle stunts. You'll probably get this last as you need most everything else done first to unlock these.

Stunts are the equivalent to Challenges in the previous game, but are just found in the world rather than having to actively start them.

I Feel the Need...
Film every Speed Stunt


These require you to pass through a ring while going over a certain speed in a vehicle. Even though some stunts are clearly designed for certain types of vehicles, you can still use other types to get it easier. For example, here is a ring I got with a helicopter, even though it's clearly designed for a boat.

Stunt Driver
Film every Vehicle Stunt


This one requires driving/flying through a ring using a certain vehicle. The vehicle seems to always be available nearby, though some seem to be a bit further away.
Like for this one, the vehicle was outside the compound and I had to drive it through, to the bridge in the center.

All the Right Moves
Film every Wingsuit Stunt


For the Wingsuit Stunts you need to fly through a bunch of rings in a row within a certain time limit. This time limit can be anything from 3 to 18 seconds. These stunts are often found near mountains, but you'll also see them in cities, between buildings and through underground tunnels.

Feats are certain things you can do that get tracked. i.e. Consecutive headshots, time without taking damage, longest ragdoll etc.

Don't Choke on My Smoke
Beat someone's score while manually tracking the Feat


This one can be pretty easy, but you need a friend who plays the game. You can see the Feat scores of your friends as you do them or in the menu.

Go to the Feats menu (same sort of place as grapple upgrades and the map) and find a Feat that a friend has scored on, but it pretty easy for you to beat. For example, I chose one for Time Flying with Wingsuit without taking damage, since you can basically do that forever.

You'll have to track one of the Feats through that menu, then you'll get this achievement when you beat your friend's score.

Know My Name
Get on the Leaderboard for every Feat


Tricky due to the number of Feats. You can see them in the Feats menu, under a whole heap of categories. Any that have 0 seconds or 0 zero kills or something are most likely incomplete. Just get a minimum score on each one.

Here are a few I didn't get for a while:
Sail in a sailing boat at over 40 knots
I just put a couple boosters on the back and got this instantly.

Character traveling a distance from being boosted
Just grapple some enemies and boost them over the place.

Character traveling a distance from being ballooned into the air
Just grapple some enemies and send them flying upwards.

Headshots with a shotgun without leaving precision aiming mode
Pretty self explanatory. Plus you only need a minimum of 1 headshot, so...

A Higher Love
Use only the Air Lifter for 15 non-consecutive minutes -- Booster and Retract can't be active!

Lift Off
Use only the Booster for 15 non-consecutive minutes -- Air Lifter and Retract can't be active!

Classic Hits
Use only the Retract for 15 non-consecutive minutes -- Booster and Air Lifter can't be active!

These are achieved by using a certain grapple gadget for a 15 minute period as suggested. It's passive, so as long as you have the one gadget solely equipped, then you'll get it.
I didn't try for this at all. You equip different gadgets as part of a tutorial, and I got them all pretty quickly anyway.

Pinball Dreams
Destroy a vehicle with the PBX Auto-Slug 4 shotgun's


Seems like someone passed out or something while typing the description for this achievement, because you need to use the alternate fire/Ricochet shot on this shotgun. Most vehicles seem to get destroyed in a couple hits.
You can find this in weapon crates all over the place.

A Game of Chicken
Crash into a flying airplane with your own plane


I'd recommend using a jet for this one, since you can just catch up to almost any other plane. You can just nick another plane with yours, and neither need to be destroyed or anything, they just need to make contact.

Cow-Moo-Flage
Turn 10 Black Hand into Cows using the Cow Gun in a single session


The Cow Gun is a unique weapon which turns the target into a cow. You'll have to use it on enemies for it to count.
There are set spawn locations for this weapon.

This DLC introduces a new island down in the south-west corner of the map. Once you head on over there, you'll have access to the first course - The Trial of Initiation. Get at least a B on this to get the first achievement, and to unlock the other courses.

Rookie of the Year
Earn a B Rank in the Trial of Initiation


Once you complete the Trial of Initiation, you may notice the other courses on the island are locked. Instead, there a few different courses all over the mainland that you'll have to complete first.

You will want to aim for the S Rank score in each course for the last achievements you'll get in the DLC: Solino Grand Prix. I didn't have too much trouble reaching the S Rank score in each one. My tip for these are that the time left at the end doesn't factor into your score, so you should take more time to go a bit slower and make sure that your combo stays as high as possible.

Once you have achieved S Rank on every course on the mainland, all courses on the new island should now be unlocked. There is an achievement to at least pass (achieve B Rank) on each of these courses.

Dare Devil of the Destruction
Earn a B Rank in the Trial of Triumph


Che's Way
Earn a B Rank in LNP's Isla Intensa Trial Run


Doña of Demolition
Earn a B Rank in the Gearheads' Godsbowl Trial Rampage


Rey Slayer

After at least passing each of the above courses, you'll want to get an S Rank on all of these as well to get the Grand Prix achievement.

Solino Grand Prix
Earn an S Rank in every course in the Solino Underground



All of the vehicles you drive in the courses have mounted weapons. Use these throughout to take out vehicles - there are usually a heap driving on the track with you that you can ruthlessly murder. For these achievements, you have to take out multiple in the same course.

Rough Rider
Destroy 15 vehicles during a single challenge


Demo Pro
Destroy 25 vehicles during a single challenge

Each of the Dare Devils of Destruction courses also have a tiger image that you can drive through to "collect". You can check via the map whether you've collected a tiger because the tiger icon will be lit up (the map icon will be ticked if you have achieved S Rank regardless of whether the tiger has been collected).

If you have collected the tiger image, you can safely abandon objective - you don't need to complete it.

Tiger Tamer
Drive through all AR tiger images in the Solino Underground's challenges


Go straight through the starting line, then head towards the right.
The image is between a small building and a shipping container behind some breakable wooden boards.

Go left from the start and drive down to the lower section. Enter the valley and hug the left wall.
You'll see some cement pipes here on your right, and the tiger image is in the first one.

From the starting line go forwards and a little to the left and you should see a wooden structure.
Enter from the left side and the tiger image is on the opposite side just before a jump.

On the opposite side of the map to the start, there's a ramp that points at a blue ring and a tiger image.
(I had already picked it up before this screenshot)

You'll soon drive underneath a bridge, which launches train cars at you, and you'll see a road off to the left that goes uphill. Follow that road all the way up.
Right at the top the tiger image is sitting just before the jump.

Fairly late in the course you'll come across a large ramp pointing straight up towards an orange ring.
The tiger image is on the ledge, just after that orange ring.

Not long after leaving the more city-based part of the course you'll turn a corner to the left and see an orange ring with the tiger image in the middle of it.
Take the jump up through the ring to collect it.

Towards the end of the level you will do a bit jump off a cliff while there's a tornado raging just ahead of you. Keep going forwards until you get to the next checkpoint (blue ring).
The tiger is next to the building immediately to the right of the checkpoint.

After taking the jump into the area, head towards the back-right where there are a few small buildings. On the far side of this area is a little fenced lot.
Find the opening and you'll find the tiger image in that lot.

Fairly late in the course you'll see a side-ramp on the right with a couple orange rings. Immediately after this, the track splits into two parts with a jump on the left.
Take the left path and jump up into the building to find the tiger here.

Right before a bridge in the foggy section, there's a bit of road with blocks and wooden boards in a sort of checkered pattern.
The tiger is on the cliff edge, immediately on the left of this section.

About halfway through the course, there is a small jump followed by three fire obstacles. Immediately following the fire, there's another jump on the left that will let you jump up to the platform on the right.
If you miss you can just reverse back up the track and try again.

In this DLC you meet up with Javi and then fly to another new island. After a short "puzzle" where you need to use grapple boosters to move large rings into position, there's a cutscene after which new enemies exist now. Leave the area and you'll get the first achievement.

Now Who's the Idiot

There's only one non-story kind of achievement in this DLC. To get it you need to shoot one of those new flying bug-like enemies with the Cow Gun (that you need for that one other achievement in the base game).

Moocifer
Create a Cow Demon


After the initial mission, a bunch of infestations will appear all over the mainland. You'll get an achievement for taking out each one. They're frankly pretty annoying, with some of the infected weaponry constantly shooting you out of the air and killing you in a couple hits.

Grapple to an Agent who's reeling through the air, and reel-kick them


Basically all of the enemies you fight in this DLC will occasionally grapple onto nearby surfaces without a care in the world. Grapple onto an enemy before they land to get this one. If I remember correctly, they're fairly generous with the lock-on and I got this during the first fight.


Not My First Rodeo
Ride a friendly Agency drone for 1,000 meters, without getting off it


This DLC added a new weapon: the Yellowstone Auto Sniper Rifle. The alt-fire of this weapon allows you to send out, and then control, a friendly agency drone. Send one out and grapple onto it, then send it in a straight line until you get this achievement. Some people have said they had to travel a ridiculously large distance before getting it, but I got it fairly quickly.


Drone Joust
Defeat an Agent riding an Agency drone while riding an Agency drone yourself


I had to specially go for this one after completing the DLC. Head to any of the DLC submarines - I did this at the north-most one.
I grabbed the drone sniper rifle and dropped in a rocket launcher and hung around the submarines for an enemy to grapple onto a nearby drone. Then I sent out my own drone, grappled onto it and used the rocket launcher on the enemy drone/agent.


Danger Drone
Defeat 10 enemies during a single Agency drone ride


This was also fairly tricky, and I had to go for it after completing the DLC. Doing this around the submarines is pretty dodgy, especially with all the SAMs around.
I actually sent out a drone inside one of the subs, grappled onto it and waited for agents to come to me.


He Talked Too Much
Defeat Emerson Miller


You will fight Emerson by playing through all of the missions from the DLC. It will be the last one, after clearing out all the different submarines.


Skitchin'
Reach 200 km/h with the Hoverboard for 10 seconds while grappled to a vehicle


For this one I'd recommend going to any of the big airports and catching a ride with a large passenger jet as it's about to take off. To stay grappled to the plane, hold down the grapple button to set the first point and hold on till you get the achievement.


Long Board
Ride the Hoverboard for a total of 10,000 meters (electro-mag cables don't count!)


I started going for this early, but it turned out that 10,000 metres isn't that much. I got this well before the end of the DLC. If you don't, you will surely get it after the Hoverboard Courses.


Hover or Die
Complete all Agency Hoverboard Courses in 20 seconds or less


These courses will be unlocked towards the end of the DLC. To complete them, you must finish each course within 30 seconds. For this achievement, you need to be even faster. I'd recommend switching between the Hoverboard and the Wingsuit for the greatest speed, but make sure that you are on the Hoverboard as you pass through the rings.

If you have completed a course in under 20 seconds, the icon on the map will look slightly different.
