Change high textures to low and the drawing distance from 15 to 10. I know seems weird to see a guide just of a screenshot. I just hope it helps someone.

Other things to do is have a lower resolution as you have. Otherwise using low settings there isn't much more one can do. Personally I also go with lower texture quality, but have some shadows on instead. And, well, turn off bunch of apps running on my system. The "usual"...
