Alright everyone this halfway works. But only with a few major caveats. Please read them below before you begin. And if you know how to fix any of them - either contact me, or fix them and release it as your own and toss me a nod.

As of now, this is stricly an old school conquest only mod. Every change I make to correct the below issues results in instant crashing. So, this is as far as I can take it -- so I turn it over to you all for help and enjoyment!

WHAT WORKS
1. You start in possession of Pevensey and Hastings.
2. Units can be recuited.
3. Unit upgrades are unlocked through research.
4. All research works.
5. New Armies can be raised.

WHAT DOESN'T
1. If you click to assign a governor (or do anything on the politics screen) - it will instantly crash your game.
2. There are no victory conditions.
3. They are no Rites/Missions
4. The upper UI bar is borked.
5. The Political System

@wapski_007 This mod is super outdated. If you want to play a fully implemented Normans campaign with based on the 1066 invasion - check out my Conquest 1066 mod.

@Jean Lannes Either 1063 or 1066. 1063 allows for a unified Wales and a secession crisis as well as a bit of time to Tech Up before the invasion. But I'm still trying to figure out how to script Harold taking over power from Edward, and its not going well, so I may need to push it to 1066.

@rbrtroa I'm actually working on a different start era now. Adding factions is still above my ability - so I'm repurposing existing ones.

pretty sad they limited these tools for thrones so much that we cant even have big overhauls like in attila. CA is really ruining mods with every new title. its getting bad now
