edit the base so that the impact and tracer effects on glass and blood are like m9k. i only like the muzzle flash.

I'll go ahead and admit to having made a tweaked version of this, with credit given. Also made it workable with NPCs, though it wasn't as simple as a .init change as Roguex100 said his version is, as I had to figure out how to make NPCs actually fire it without either T-posing or pointing it and pretending to fire.
