But yea.. As you mentioned, no detector. I dislike how the detector works currently tbh. I find it distracting cause more often I find myself headed towards a newly found detection and having lost the initial findings.. And ended up not find anything. So I usually stick with the hand held detector.. But I like how you replaced the motion sensor with it.
I never thought of swapping the cargo box with a thruster. Its a nice idea if you don't require the cargo spaces. I dislike the tiny cargo space the MKI carried, so I was adamant that the MKII needed more cargo boxes.

My one nitpick is the lack of a detector. I sacraficed the motion sensor for room.
I swapped the large cargo boxes for thruster jets. That brought it up to 43m/s² on the sides. I've been raiding POIs with no troubles.
