Well all you have to do is just drag the mod folder titled "1860s Old America 1.5" into Steam\steamapps\mountblade warband\Modules then open up the launcher and the mod should appear

I downloaded the oone that you posted in the comments earlier and its the same version, its not showing up though

Did you download the latest version? once you extract the winrar file theres a file called "1860s_README" if not redownload it from here https://www.moddb.com/mods/1860s-old-america/downloads/1860s-old-america-15
