I'd rather have it as low density, because high density buildings in game are wall to wall

I didn't kniw you created your models on real dimensions. I can see the problem in comparing with vanilla assets. Even within vanilla itself the models' scale isn't very consistent. There are 20 floors buildings with the same height than 10 floor buildings.

Nevertheless very good work. I will definitely subscribe for my European city project I will begin soon.

@Jensoo Since I started making assets, I had the dilemma between the dimensions of vanilla assets and the real ones. All my assets are based on real dimensions (standard window and door sizes) respect of heights (which may have a variation margin depending on the architecture). and overall, they may look a little smaller than others without being a special case. The vanilla houses in particular are a little exaggerated. I opted for something more realistic but I hear that it can interfere a bit when mixing styles ;)

@Orion Je comprends totalement ton point de vue. Il est vrai qu'à l'instant T, je préfère livrer des versions nues pour toujours laisser libre cours aux créateurs sur la manière d'aborder ce bâtiment. Que ce soit en plein centre urbain ou un programme qui aurait poussé en rase campagne. Si je le décore en amont, ça limiterait les cas d'usages. Mais j'avoue que pour certains cas et notamment des joueurs + vanilla, j'envisagerai pourquoi pas des versions stand alone pré-décorés. Mais cela se ferait en doublon de bâtiments nus.

Very good model, I love the modern am clean look. Only one question: To me the building seems a bit too downscaled because of the buildings floor height. It looks quite tiny compared to other buildings and to the cars in game.
