Console

To enable the console in Postal 3 search for the files config.cfg and config_default.cfg, both are located in Steam\SteamApps\common\postal iii\p3\cfg. Open the files with a text editor and search for bind " " "toggleconsole" and replace it with bind "F11" "toggleconsole"

Now start the game and you should be able to open the console with F11.

Achievements easy way

To get the achievements with cheats like godemode, all weapons and so on just start a game and enter the cheats. Then set sv_cheats back to 0, save your game and restart your game. Now when you load your saved game you will still have all the weapons or enabled godemode. You can now get achievements easily in free roaming mode (finish story first) or just finish the whole game with it (lame...).

Free-Roam without finished story

Go to your install folder Steam\SteamApps\common\postal iii\p3\SAVE and make a backup of slc.dat (copy it).
Open original slc.dat in notepad or a similar text editor and add this, above the other chapters:

"ROAM_HUB1" "0"

save and your done, start Postal 3. Select new game and Free Roam is there! Without having to complete the game!

Note:

It does not unlock all chapters, it just gives you Free-Roam leaving the option to you to complete the game.

Unlock all levels and Free Roam

This will unlock all chapters, this includes the good and evil path, as well as unlocking Free Roam!

Go to your install folder Steam\SteamApps\common\postal iii\p3\SAVE and make a backup of slc.dat (copy it).
Open original slc.dat in notepad or a similar text editor and replace everything with this:

Start Postal 3, select a new game and all the chapters are open and Free Roam is also there.

I didn't get the badger when I was supposed to, after the cash mart robbery mission.. I have no idea how to get it back; "give weapon_badger" doesn't work

miss the "they hate me" difficulty from p2? you can recreate it with ent_fire p3_npc_citizen setrelationship "!player D_HT 99"

@thomas the "complete the game with ______" are supposedly bugged, the easiest way to get several if not most is to start the bridge tutorial, and then once the level loads to load the final level (bad is fine)

To the Point "Achievements easy way": I tried many ways and for example this way too, but it doesn't works for "Personal Jesus".

It works only in freeroam at start (roam_hub 1)

All outfits:
p3_player_skin agent
p3_player_skin cop
p3_player_skin security
p3_player_skin patrol
p3_player_skin prisoner
p3_player_skin swat
p3_player_skin coat - (default) or dude
p3_player_skin janitor
p3_player_skin krotchy

I found it thanks to cheat "find" (find krotchy)

If somebody find som cheat or mod for spawn champ in free roam let me know please
or mod which bring back stuff from postal 2 like this

I See t he author completed 100% of the game, the cheats can be used to get even bugged achievements aswell? For example how to complete crawling civ killing while there is no crawling animation? Or Mega-sadist
