Ever wanted to simulate Japanese war crimes? Or just war crimes in general? Of course you did! Thats why I am giving the power to do such things to you, now no longer will you ignore that button, you'll press it so many times when marching your armies through other nations you'll gain RSI! 50 devastation at the measly cost of 5 military power, you've also got plenty of excuses to use this such as "we need to teach those filthy heathens a lesson!" or "this is a strategic decision to prevent our enemies recovering too quickly!" so there no reason to ignore the button.

If you can't be bothered to read the block of text then here is a overview of what I have changed:

- Scorched Earth now causes 50 devastation instead of 5

- The modifier now causes +2 extra unrest and slighty reduces devastation recovery

- Devastation from besieging forts is greatly increased and occupation is slightly increased

- 1.2.8 Update
- - Fixed bug where the AI refused to attack in wars
- - Increase compactability with other mods and future releases

Please ignore if it appears to be outdated, it will work and should work for all future releases now, only about 4 lines of code have been modified
Edit: I don't play EU4 anymore now due to how incompetent the devs have been for the last few years so no more updates
