Описание
This was one of the buildings I used in my Swinging Mine Train station which can be found here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1562822740.

I figured I should make a stand-alone version which could be used for shops or services. I set this one up with a staff room and restroom inside it, although those could easily be removed and shops could be added along the front of the building.
