Aircraft Carrier Stern (WIP)

Update - The bow section now has a functioning catapult for aircraft with an example aircraft set up and ready to go

Altough still a massive work in progress the carrier is now functional, will do a healthy 18m/s fully loaded now has refueling ability for aircraft aswell.

Update
Plane Lift removed in place a large 7 man rhib designed to be launched while the ship is still moving still a little buggy if you are going to use it spawn the ship with mission editor and attach the small lifeboat before moving anywhere.
