Here's a save file I made for anyone having trouble unlocking all of this game's endings. Currently I've only unlocked three (Sacrifice, Counter-ritual, and the default) but I might play through it once more to get the ones I'm missing. The following choices were made to get where I'm at right now in the save:

-Never drank any alcohol
-Accept bradley's help
-Made irene sanders kill herself
-Told bradley the truth
-Read all unholy books
-Choose R'lyeh dialogue whenever possible
-Accept drake's help
-Save drake
-Accept leviathon's knowledge, submit option when talking to him, drink the medicine, and don't eat the flesh
-Give medkit to cat
-Killed fuller
-Killed bradley

I'm not sure which of those are required and which aren't but I can tell you I did not have 100% occult. I'm creating this guide for anyone experiencing corrupt/missing save files, mistakes made through one of the key choices in the game or just to save time and watch all of the endings except for the "It's Over" one.

UPDATE . . . I uploaded another save, this one is for the "Farewell" achievement. The following choices were made to get where I'm at in this most recent save:

-Drank most of the booze offered
-Accept bradley's help
-Consoled irene sanders
-Never spoke to bradley about dr colden
-Read all unholy books
-Did not choose any r'lyeh dialogue
-Accept drake's help
-Saved drake
-Refused leviathon's knowledge, struggle option when talking to him, refused the medicine, and don't eat the flesh
-Give medkit to cat, never talked to mitchell
-Refused to pick up the gun
-Spared bradley

SECOND UPDATE . . . I uploaded one more save, this is from my second playthrough at the start of chapter 13th. I'm not sure if you can still view your inventory in the beginning of chapter 14, but I know you can here. If you want, finish chapter 13 and start chapter 14, walk in the cave a bit and find the last mural on the wall to get the "Shadow Out of Time" achievement.

SaveSlot_00 is for "Fight Destiny" and "Nameless Cult" achievements
SaveSlot_01 is for the "Farewell" achievement
SaveSlot_01 in the folder "Chapter 13 Save" is for the "Shadow out of Time" achievement and inventory viewing

The save files are in a hidden folder titled "appdata" under your username directory. Mine looks like this: C:>Users>YourUserName>AppData>Local>CallOfCthulhu>Saved>SaveGames

My man, thank you so much, you saved me going through the game for the third time for the Fluent achievement. :,D

I don't think my save files work retroactively for any of the achievements you have to do throughout the entire span of the game, which is the one you're referring to about the 20 hidden items. You might have to start a fresh new game and watch a video on youtube if you want that one.

Just want to say thank you for these guides that let me get Fluent in R'lyehian, Farewell, and Shadow out of Time. Love the game but did not want to play it four times just for these.

Thanks a lot for these save files. You saved me from having to play through the whole game 1 more time just because I missed out on 1 R'lyeh dialogue to get the achievement.

The problem was that no download was happening, at all. Found out why: Browser security with regards to cookies and tracking was set too tight. I've set it to 'standard' temporarily, and the download worked.
Just mentioning this for the case it comes up again.

Try reloading the page, sometimes google drive downloads can be really slow. The files are tiny, shouldn't take long at all
