Vindicator: The muscle of the crew. He loves shotguns. Vindicator became a prisoner at Nova Prospekt, after joining the Rebellion and being caught. He underwent the Combine Transhuman transformation process... but things didn't seem to work. Due to a machinery failure, Vindicator lost all former memory, but was not under direct control of the Combine. After being transported to the Citadel and recognizing the trouble he could get into, Vindicator fled the citadel. After meeting Exile, Vindicator and Exile now work for themselves.

Exile: The sharpshooter of the crew. Good planner and eyesight. As an Elite of the Combine Overwatch, Exile had a very high position in power on Earth. After suffering an injury to the head, he luckily didn't die. This injury seemed to have allowed him to regain all his human will and traits. Now no longer a puppet of the Combine, Exile flees the Citadel, joins the rebellion and sets out to do whatever the hell he wants.

Heretic: The powder monkey (bombs expert) of the crew. Not very smart. A former Combine Soldier who has fallen victim to a headcrab. Due to the headcrab eating away at his head, he has regained full control of himself, and is no longer under combine rule. This comes with its downsides though, as having no head doesn't exactly allow you to see. After being found in a dark alleyway in C17 by Exile and Vindicator, they take Heretic into their arms.
