A signal is being transmitted from beyond city outskirts.
The broadcast carries strangely endearing music, perhaps sounding somewhat alien in nature.
It seems to promote efficient planning and construction.

A music pack which adds the soundtrack from the game Factorio to Cities: Skylines as a radio station.
