Also, it should be noted that single stat innocents can be used to raise an item's base stats with training bonus (by their power/100000 per training bonus), while dual stat innocents cannot be used like that.

That those character limits are per item instead. There are no character limits for those. Though you can put more than 1 of them on one item without wasting space if the important innocent hasn't reached it's item limit, in that regard "TheDude" was kinda incorrect, unless he meant only max level versions.
