[B19] Stubbed Toe

B19 VERSION!

Possibly the least terrible incident you can have.

Every so often, a colonist will stub their toe, dealing 0.5 bruise damage to their big toe. That's it. You can treat it if you want, but there's really no reason. It won't really affect your colonists except for wimps; it's just intended to add a little flavor to the game.

*Note: Let me know if it's too rare or way too common so I can fine-tune the chances.

This mod was originally a one-day idea I had that took a week before I gave up and then finished it a few months later.
