Report a translation problem
I bet the game would work, given all the XNA files are available in the system, but there is no way getting them. May be if you have win7 and win10 pc, a sufficient set of XNA/.NET/VC files can be ripped form win7 system as-is, for win10 to run the game.
Or just port the game to XNA4. Unsure which is easier.
