Update: updated definitions and balanced to be closer with vanilla batteries but still a little better, has same vanilla battery PCU, fixed and altered icons so they arent in the way of new toolbar battery status

1x1x1, 3x1x1, 3x3x1, all balanced to vanilla small grid battery.

instead of starting with 30% charge, they all start with 1-3% charge, just enough to set things up, and get your vehicle charging up.
