คำอธิบาย
Set of flats for Yuttho's excellent Astergea YouTube series.While they are inspired by an existing comtemorary project, they are meant to be sustainable futuristic mixed-use buildings. As such, they feature public terrasses/rooftop vegetable gardens.
Contains: regular flat, corner, ground floor, ground floor corner.

High-density RICO residential. Designed around Jerenable's modular buildings system, the ground floor and top floors are separate and can be interchangeable with compatible parts. The Fine Road Anarchy mod is needed.

Building does not have back wall, balconies do not have front side.

There is a lot of old notes, got to page 6...has anyone notice one of the buildings doesnt have rear wall..flats are see through? :/ 2x2 corner one

emiricol use BOB mod to change prop plants, you can change it to anything you like

Sad that this uses Prop Plants asset, because if you use Theme Mixer 2 (which is one of my must-have mods), the plants always look snow-covered. Could you make a new version that uses a different plants asset?
