It took me forever to find this mod again after unsubscribing (in mass, not personal). Even when typing in "Lying Face" in steams search engine, it wasn't on the front page..

I tried it with your guide, but i failed... Ratkin mod's race name is 'Ratkin', so i input human -> Ratkin in this file 'Patches/Race_Patches.xml' . finally I failed...

This is compatible with the races whose <defName> of ThingDef is Human.
But ratkin's <defName> isn't Human, so this isn't compatible with ratkin.
If you want to be compatible with it, you should edit ”294100\1539038933\Patches\Race_Patches.xml”.
