Описание
Adds the Iraqi Civilization, led by Saddam Hussein.
Leader - Saddam Hussein.
Trait - Saddam's Expansionism - Gives a small amount of culture from kills and 25% Combat Strength vs. City-States.
UU - T-55 Enigma - Modern Armor replacement that starts with Cover 1 and Cover 2.
UB - Statue of Saddam - Replaces Monument. Gives 2 culture plus some experience.
Saddam art, map and Enigma art were made by Kelnahas. Statue of Saddam art made by Davey_Henninger.

Does this work if you only have the base game (no DLC)? It shows up in the mod list but doesn't seem to be present in the list of playable civilisations.
