Welder (Small Variant)

Said trader who made the earlier welder variant was somewhat satisfied with the performance of the previous design when it came to point defence, but felt it was lacking in firepower.

Deciding that the best defence is a strong offence, two of the mounts were upgunned to be main calibre weapons whilist leaving two tiny turrets for PD.

The reduction in cargo amount was also a further deterrant to pirates, but yet profits grew as security was ensured.

Features reasonable engine power combined with compact firepower of two forward tiny turret mounts and three small turret mount.

With the increase in weaponry, power consumption is high, and the ship may not be able to sustain it's firepower output.
