Killzone - Helghast Third Army Expansion

The Helghast Third Army expansion pack adds nine new Unique Units to my previous Helghast civilization mod, and functions as a separate addon that can be activated or deactivated at will. Obviously, it WILL NOT WORK unless the Helghast are also enabled.

====Description====
In Killzone 1, all Helghast forces encountered were a part of the Helghast Third Army - sometimes referred to as the Third Shock Army - and were under the command of General Joseph Lente. The Third Army was the military unit tasked with conquering Vekta during the opening days of the Second Extrasolar War, and were equipped with advanced equipment that was given to no other Helghast unit, such as hovertanks, hover APCs, and advanced weapons. These glamorous military forces were completely scrapped in Killzone 2 and onwards, replaced with aesthetically-displeasing tracked vehicles. This is a terrible injustice to Killzone 1 and to the Helghan Empire in my personal opinion, and that is why I was inspired to make this mod.

Inspired by the Helghast Third Army, this expansion pack adds nine new Unique Units to the Helghast, all of which are based on enemies that were encountered during the invasion of Vekta in Killzone 1. These units replace much of the Helghast's Information Era arsenal, but offer a new and unique style of play for a Civilization V player, as they can develop new strategies and tactics based on these units and command an entire army of Helghast unique units in battle.



====Unique Unit 1 - Third Army Trooper====
The Third Army Trooper does not receive the amphibious promotions of its vanilla counterpart - the Marine - but it is slightly stronger in direct combat.

====Unique Unit 2 - Third Army Officer====
The Third Army Officer is a melee Unit that can boost the combat effectiveness of nearby Units by 15%, essentially functioning as a Great General that can defend itself and face enemy troops in direct combat. However, the Officer's bonus cannot be stacked with the Great General or other Officers, but their strength lies in being able to defend themselves and stay on the battlefield for much longer. They can especially prove useful when used in conjunction with other Helghast forces, inspiring them to fight harder for Helghan. Replacing the Paratrooper, they are unlocked at Telecommunications, rather than Radar.

====Unique Unit 3 - Third Army Elite====
The Third Army Elite is a strong infantry Unit that, unlike the Machine Gun it replaces, is a melee Unit that can use the mighty StA-3 Light Machine Gun to bring ruin to infantry forces belonging to the enemies of Helghan. However, it is unlocked at Advanced Ballistics rather than Ballistics.

====Unique Unit 4 - Hover APC====
The Hover APC is a much more agile version of the Mechanized Infantry it replaces, with two extra Movement and a promotion to completely ignore rough terrain Movement penalties. Because of this, it is capable of traversing the battlefield with unprecedented agility, and can reach the front lines much faster than any other Unit. In terms of strength, however, it is slightly weaker than its vanilla counterpart.

====Unique Unit 5 - Hover AAAPC====
The Hover Anti-Air Armored Personnel Carrier is a unique Mobile SAM replacer that can bring quad EAW-25 Chimera cannons to bear against enemy air power. While the vehicle is not as strong against aircraft, its true strength shines in its agility, as it receives two extra Movement over its vanilla counterpart and a hovering promotion that allows it to ignore rough terrain Movement costs. Because of this, it can reach the front lines much faster than other Units, and lay waste to enemy aircraft in the name of the Helghast. In addition, it is much stronger than the Mobile SAM it replaces in direct combat, with 90 points of Combat Strength allowing it to stand firm against enemy forces on the ground. However, it is made available at Mobile Tactics, rather than Rocketry, and has a slightly increased Production cost to build.

====Unique Unit 6 - Hover MRL====
The Hover MRL, or Multiple Rocket Launcher, is a unique Rocket Artillery replacer that is much more well-suited to frontline fire support duties than its vanilla counterpart. While it is ineffective against Cities, its Combat Strength and Ranged Strength of 90 allow it to lay waste to enemy forces from afar and provide some deadly fire support to Helghast armies on the front lines. In addition, it is also equipped with anti-gravity boosters that provide additional Movement and allow it to ignore rough Terrain penalties, bringing its heavy weaponry to the front lines much faster than other forces. On top of these advantages, the Hover MRL does not require Aluminum to build, making it the optimal fire support vehicle for the Helghast military. However, it has a slightly increased Production cost to construct and is available at Mobile Tactics rather than Rocketry.

====Unique Unit 7 - Light Hovertank====
Replacing the Modern Armor, the Light Hovertank is stronger than its vanilla counterpart by ten points of Combat Strength and receives promotions that enhance its maneuverability on the battlefield. With an ability to move through rough terrain without suffering any terrain-based Movement penalties, it is a very formidable vehicle that can use its speed and mobility to dominate mobile warfare and reach the front lines with unprecedented efficiency. However, it requires one Aluminum to build and has a slightly increased Production cost over its vanilla counterpart.

====Unique Unit 8 - Heavy Hovertank====
The Heavy Hovertank is a powerful Helghast armored Unit that is weaker than the Giant Death Robot it replaces by 20 points of Combat Strength and slower by one point of Movement. However, it makes up for these downsides in its unprecedented agility and its cost to construct. Like the Light Hovertank, the Heavy Hovertank is equipped with anti-gravity boosters that allow it to hover over rough terrain with ease, giving it unmatched mobility and allowing it to ignore rough terrain Movement penalties and engage enemy forces much more effectively. In addition, it has a slightly lower cost to construct than its vanilla counterpart, and requires two Aluminum resources rather than one Uranium, allowing the Helghast's Uranium stores to be diverted elsewhere.

====Unique Unit 9 - Jetbike====
Replacing the Helicopter Gunship, the Jetbike is designed for reconnaissance, harassment, or hit-and-run tactics. Thanks to a whopping 7 points of Movement and hovering abilities, the Jetbike is capable of moving after attacking and flying over any treacherous terrain - even mountains. This allows it to easily wear down enemy forces or even pillage hostile empires' tiles using deadly guerrilla warfare. It is also effective at ambushing enemy Units from unexpected locations, turning the terrain to its advantage to crush enemy forces with ease. In addition, it has a slightly reduced Production cost to build and does not require an Aluminum resource, unlike its vanilla counterpart. The downside to this power, is that the Jetbike does not receive the anti-armor promotion of the Helicopter Gunship, lessening its effectiveness against tanks.
