Triggered dozens demands and even got "The crowd is furious about cold houses" fullscreen super-demand. Sent the guards to disperse the crowd, still get the achievement on Hard.
1800 wood before the storm? Go home, I don’t care!
Let go 16 peoples to London, they do not count as dead. (so that's correct)
Mines were operational during the storm. I've just abandoned the lower levels.
Some other cruel choices like not slowing down automatons or throwing a core into overstressed generator are also fine.
Funny moment - I had 1 amputee for the entire playthrough and at some point he decided to kill himself. Reload autosafe, place a prosthesis in the queue. Received Thank You note from him instead in the middle of the night, a prosthesis was not even started yet. How did he know? :)
🢖 Emergency Shift & Extended Shift (don't use the ability)
🢖 Triage
🢖 Dueling Law
by themselves, the follwing are tested as prohibited
🢖 ORDER: Propaganda Center
🢖 ORDER: Prison
🢖 House of Pleasure
all of them block the cheevo completely.
A lot of info here is completely wrong.
Note that you can just decline the 'stockpile wood for the storm' request, eat the hit to Hope and still get the achievement.
As well, towards the end of the storm (last day before it ended), I ended up triggering a "Need for medical beds" demand, accepted it, and when the game ended (before the timer ran out), I did get the achievement... so just triggering the need-demands doesn't seem to be a disqualifying factor?
