Make sure your game is updated, and you need to be online. Online means you have to have talked to the Crow's Nest mascot crow at Galdin Quay on the beach, and have created an avatar.

the problem is that i can't find it... i can't even try to win/lose, because it isn't anywhere on the costlemark tower... i searched every inch of it... i don't know why it doesn't appear to me... i had the same issue on the last week... (started to play this game 2 weeks ago, already lvl 100+, finished main story and all optional dungeons)

It's a prize to be won, you can keep trying daily to win it until the prize expires. The chance to win is suppose to be rather high.

didn't find it on pc c.c thats sad.
