The RP is fun and renews the way to play CIM2 (can not honestly say that the missions are aimed at optimizing the network ^^). Not knowing the GTA other than a name, I will not judge the "credibility" but for the rest, the map is well done and the context scripted I liked. One downside, the relative lack of people gripe financial margin to the point where the establishment of a subway becomes a waiting game a little frustrating.
