1,4:i10 high,low -11/+0/+3 slower than 1,3,but you can followup with 1,4,4... or you can do 1,4,3(last 2 hit is ch launcher) (2nd hit is same with db4)
1,1:i10 high,mid -7/+4/+4 (2nd hit is same with f+1)
1,1,3:i10 high,mid,mid -5/+6/Launch
1,1,3,1:Asuka will do 1 jab after 1,1,3.It can be interrupted by 11 frame or faster moves.You can do all followups after 1.
1,1,4:high,mid,low~high -6/Launch/Launch. Asuka does her cancan kicks(fast low high,it will be mentioned later).It is a counterhit launcher.1,1,3 is safer now because last hit is mid,but this one is delayable so its easier to catch people pressing.
1,1,d4:high,mid,low -26/Launch/Launch (Last hit is same with 3~4)
1,2:i10 high,mid -8/+3/+3
1,2,4:i10 high,mid,mid -12/KND/KND its natural combo on counterhit,so you can use it for fast counterhit baiting
1,2,3:high,mid,mid Asuka starts doing her unblockable(f3) after 1,2 jabs.I'll mention about that move later.

2,1:i12 high,high -3/+8/+8 2nd hit is duckable
2,1,1+2:i12 high,high,high~high -9/KND/Launch if 2nd or 3rd hit counterhits,it launches

df1,2 i13 mid,high -1/Throw/Throw Comboes on ch
df1,4:i13 mid,mid -12/KND/Launcher Comboes on ch,if last hit counterhits its a launcher

df4:i12 mid -9/+2/+2 Fastest mid of Asuka and its safe

3,1:i14 mid,mid -11/+8/KND last hit is hit confirmable and delayable,if last hit counterhits free df3 or rage drive into df3.

db1:i14 mid -9/+4/+9 It highcrushes
db1,2:i14 mid/low -13/+3/KND comboes on CH.If last hit counterhits,f2 or rage drive into ground hit is guaranteed.

b2:i15 mid -4/+1/+1
b2,1+2:i15 mid,high -9/+2/+1 Jais on block so 2nd hit cant be ducked after first one is blocked,natural combo.You can cancel 2nd hit to crouch by holding d.
b2,1+2,4:mid,high,mid -13/KND/KND if it counterhits,all 3 hits are guaranteed.
b2,4:i15 mid,low -11/0/+3 (2nd hit is same with db4 so you can do same followups after 1,4)
b2,1:i15 mid,mid only combos on CH(2nd hit is same with f1 so you can do same followups after 1,1)

f1+2:i15 high -9/KND/KND Safe fast powercrush which can knockdown.
ff1:i23 mid +4/KND/Launch its a good approach tool
ff3:i20 mid -9/KND/Launch homing,its another strong approach tool.It highcrushes too.
f4:i19 high +3/KND/KND homing if it hits,you can do litle dash into df3.Or you can get combo with db4,3 f2 sometimes.
SS2:i13 mid -9/KND/KND highly evasive safe mid.
WS1+2:i21 mid -2/+5/Launch Super long range,D to cancel.If it counterhits you can do f2 into full combo.
FC df3:i17 mid -9/KND/KND It is asuka's wallbounce
f1:i20 mid -7/+4/+4.It is 2nd hit of 1,1 and b2,1.It has same followups.
f3:i30 mid -2/KND/KND.If you hold 3,you will keep spinning.If you spin twice it becomes +6 on block.If you spin three times it becomes unblockable.It is useful move for wake up situations.You can also use after some moves like 1,2,3 or 1+4,3.
df3:i20 mid -8/KND/KND hits grounded,safe mid,its good for wakeup situations,especially if opponent is at wall.

Decent Moves to Throw Out Sometimes
uf2:i14 high -7/throw/throw
ff2,1:i15 mid,high -5/KND/KND natural combo
ff2,1+2:i15 mid,mid -13/KND/KND natural combo
ff2,3:i15 mid,mid -8/KND/KND on ch it comboes
b1+4:i12 high~low -8/+5/+5 2nd hit is lowparryable on block,but its good against opponent who doesnt do that
b1+4,3:high~low,low -13/-2/KND last hit is lowparryable too.It gives free df3 or rage drive if last hit counterhits.
b1+4,4:high~low,mid -14/+5/+5 if last hit hits,it leaves opponent backturned.
1+4 strings:They are noob killer so you can check those.
Good Lows
db3:i21 low -12/+4/+100000
d4:i12 highcrush low -13/-2/-2
d1+2:i20 low -18/KND/KND if you are close enough or if opponent's back is close to wall,you get free f2 after this.It can be done in crouch too.If you have rage available,you can also get free rage drive into ground hit after this.
3~4:i26~28 low -26/Launch/Launch hold db to cancel
FC df2:i16 low -11/0/+18.On CH,you can do ws1,4 into df3 or rage drive.Or you can crouch cancel df2 for full combo.
Cancellable Moves into Crouch
These moves can be cancelled into crouch state by holding down;
f2/ws1+2/b2,1+2
You can recover in crouch state if you hold d after db4.
You can cancel 3~4(or 1,1,4) with holding db.
Asuka has good moves in crouch state,these are FC df2,FC df3,ws1,4,uf4,d1+2 and FC df,d,df1+2 throw.

Is there a combo for f+3 (hold) along the way? Been trying to figure one out..
It's just that one kick.

Also, is there a parry that blocks low like in Tekken TT2 or nah?

I notice you didn't list her 3rd parry option most people don't us it because time is insanely difficult. 2+3 It only parry high/Mid right attacks only.
