Adds different ores for various items.

THIS IS B19 PORTED!

After trying to find the original mod, I decided to use the old backup of it and port it to B19. It has been slightly rebalanced and the deep drilling items have been removed.

Veins Added:

- Insect Jelly - Slightly rebalanced.
- Steel slag chunks
- Chemfuel clusters
- Neutroamine pockets

you can still use it in 1.0 it's mostly code heavy mods that you need to worry about

Gret mod but if I may, 40 neurotamine per tile seems a bit excessive and unbalanced. Maybe halve it at best?
