Werewolf
Look behind the Tree in Ekhinda Falls. To get up there, you need a party member with jump 8 or more.

With patch 0.31 you can also craft another Lunar Crest.
Requirement: Mercenary 4, No story character

Vampire
To unlock the Vampire class, you have to push the button on a statue in the Restful Stone cemetary.

This will cause one of the graves to open and you can pick up the Blood Crest.

Requirements: Scoundrel 6, Alchemystic 3, Blood Crest, No story char
If you did not hire one of the advanced classes, you also need Mercenary 2, Mender 2, Wizard 4 to unlock Scoundrel and Alchemystic.

Hey, I found out there are more than just Werewolf and Vampire in the game!

Werewolf: Mercenary 4
1 Energized Crystal + 1 Mycoleather = Lunar Crest

1 Dormant Crystal + 2 Dragonblood Sap = Blood Crest

1 Dark Crystal + 1 Cold Iron = Phylactery

1 Dark Core + 1 Meteorite = Bone Crest

For finding the secret classes, I'd recommend checking out this thread https://steamproxy.net/app/699170/discussions/0/1734336452562172852/

Specifically, you need enough jump value on a unit to get up there.
