A) They are not meant to be good in any way.

Q) Is any of these builds usable in Public Matches?
A) I guess? I've tried only a few of them with kinda good results, but still I wouldn't use them in pubs unless you don't care about your Rank or losing.

A) We either didn't see it or didn't like it.
