BDC's Underground Bunker

Updated for A9:
- Replaced standard cargo boxes in hangar with two cargo controllers for CV/SV/HV parts as well as Fuel/O2
- Replaced large ammo boxes with ammo controller with 32000L volume
- Added a container controller labeled 'Main BA Cargo' with a capacity of 192000L volume
- 6x'd the solar battery capacitance increasing it from 800 to 4800
- Anything subterranean labeled with "(ST)" in its name in control panel

BDC's Underground Bunker - A subterranean BA that's constructed with all of the bare necessities (O2 tank, fuel tanks, advanced constructor, solar capacitor, and ammo boxes buried deep) along with a row of turrets and two double-sized hangar entries (both SV and HV) and a full compliment of solar panels. The entire framework is made of armored concrete. This BA is ready for underground expansion for the enterprising digger that wants to setup an HV and SV parking lot, a full growing room nursery, and any other thing he or she desire. I've given you the platform - you finish it!

Can be spawned in at Level 10, but buyer beware - it requires a crap ton of crushed stone!
