1: Fall or glide left off of the platform while holding left and hit your hook dart when fairly low on the screen to reach the left platform.

2: Walk left a bit then jump right to stick to the wall. After you are on the wall do a full jump left to land on top of the next platform.

3: Carefully walk off of the edge of the platform and hold right to stick to the top edge of the wall.

3A (Fast): Jump left and time a hook dart to fly to the wall on the left.

3B (Safe): Carefully walk off of the edge of the platform and hold right to stick to the top edge of the wall. Do a full jump and glide left all the way to latch on to the bottom wall then jump up on to the spikes to damage boost to the wall.

4: From the top of the platform after the spike pit just hold left until you see what looks like rubble in the darkness under your feet. Jump and glide in the center of this and wait until you character touches the ceiling then hold left again to reach the second glide point.

5: Carefully scope out where the edge of the platform is above the second glide point by falling off of it a few times and holding right. Then jump from the edge and mash the Hook Dart until it attaches twice then do a full jump + glide to the wall of the next platform. Hop to the top of that wall and carefully go through the time gate.

6: When through the time gate do a moderate jump left then a full jump + well timed hook shot to reach the top of the next platform. Careful here if you land to far left you may fall so be ready to hit right immediately.

7: Carefully fall off of the left side of the platform and hold right to grab the top left edge. Then quick tap your jump button while holding left to perfectly bounce off of both bounce pads and complete the second room.

8: Hold left to safely clear the falling platforms. After you have cleared them keep jumping and trying to catch the right side of the wall above you.

9: Once you are on the wall hold up until you can no longer move up then hop right & use your hook dart to attach to the right wall.

10: Climb all the way up the wall and follow the map path then hit the purple diamond with your sword to unlock the exit door.

11: Carefully make your way back and drop through the Goal to complete the achievement.
