Because growables are non-controllable (without mods). Back in the day, I was too inexperienced and not careful when making those, which traumatizes me. I wished to delete most of the tall or weird-looking growables as they plague everyone using it. I also wished to reset my workshop, but I won't, however.

All in all, I will make growables one day, if people want it. Thank you for making me reconsider.
