Only found some information about theatre in building

The Strand Ballroom & Theatre (formerly the Paramount Theatre, Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel and commonly The Strand) is a live music venue located in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. The theatre opened in 1915 as a vaudeville theatre and later became a cinema and concert venue.

I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel, or even After Dark DLC Tourism asset (or both) for those who only have one of these 2 DLCs?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

Wonderful asset! The only downside is a lot of z-buffering, specially around the front roof.

Every division of 256 works. Excellent work on this one. Much better on the texturesizes.

Does it actually work with a main texture outside of the normal sizes? I thought the dimensions had to be either 512, 1024 or 2048?
