About this mod:

Edited LOD ranges for units, so huge battles are not a problem anymore and still look great.

The main reason for massive FPS drops during huge battles in Attila are the LOD ranges for the units.

Now your graphics card should render a lot of soldiers better.


The game was rendering the highest possible unit details from far away and almost in every situation. Now I've made it to render highest quality unit details only when it needs to be rendered - when you are close or zoomed in. The further away your camera is, the simpler unit models there will be.

this mode only original play model base working // If you use skins, this mod may cause errors or not work. ex) something reskin and 1212mode , AE mode etc...

Works fine. Basically just messes with the LOD table. If you're using skin packs that set imposter models oddly it can screw with it.

What is wrong with people here? This mod WORKS. It does exactly what he says. it literally massively improved my performance for many games in the past.

TERRIBLE MOD
I remember using this one years ago, IT CAN'T EVEN BE UNINSTALLED :winter2019angryyul:

I haven't done a playthrough recently. but when I last played this mod made battles with over 10k units go from being unplayable to playable. I believe it works best in the laggiest of battles where there of over 8 thousands units.
