I would recommend casting your Q manually (to avoid aggro) early game to establish lane control. Once you are lvl 5 you can now perma-poison/slow your target to death. Once you are able to get some kills make sure to rush Treads and either Shadow Blade or BKB (depending on the games situation). Once you have those items you will be able to gank and be a game changer. Just remember to keep maintaining CS and also getting your crit stick as soon as possible.
