Description
Nerfs Cultural CS very slightly, nerfs Mercantile CS in earlier Eras and buffs it in later Eras, buffs Militaristic CS slightly, buffs Maritime and Religious CS significantly.

In the unmodded game, these are the bonuses:

Cultural: At Friends level, +3 Culture in Ancient and Classical Eras, +6 in Medieval and Renaissance Eras, +13 in Industrial Era and beyond. At Allies level, +6/+12/+26.

Maritime: +2 Food in Capital at Friends level, +3 Food in your Capital and +1 Food in other cities at Allies level. Bonus is not increased with Eras.

Mercantile: +2 Happiness at Friends level in Ancient and Classical Eras, +3 in Medieval Era and beyond, not increased at Allies level. Being Allies grants you their special, untradable luxury resource (Jewelery or Porcelain), on top of other strategic and luxury resources they might have.

Militaristic: Receive a new military unit from them approximtely every 20 turns at Friends level, approximately every 17 turns at Allies level. Being Allies also causes their gifts to be Unique Units from civs not in the game, when you have unlocked the tech required for them (in the case of Foreign Legion and Landsknecht, they are unlocked when you have researched Replaceable Parts and Civil Service respectively, even though ordinarily you cannot build them just by unlocking the tech in BNW; they were French and German UUs in vanilla/G&K replacing the Great War Infantry and Pikeman respectively, thus unlocked with those techs). Rate of unit spawn is not increased with Eras.

Religious: At Friends level, +2 Faith in Ancient and Classical Eras, +4 in Medieval and Renaissance Eras, +8 in Industrial Era and beyond. At Allies level, +4/+8/+16.

In this mod, the changes are as follows:

Cultural: +12 Culture at Friends level and +24 Culture at Allies level in Industrial Era and beyond, down from +13 at Friends level and +26 at Allies level. (To be honest I changed this just so it is exactly twice that of its value in the Medieval/Renaissance Eras, to please my perfectionism-loving brain. It's not a very significant change.)

Maritime: At Friends level, +2 Food in Capital and +1 Food in other cities, up from 0 to non-Capital cities. At Allies level, +4 Food in Capital, +2 Food in other cities, up from +3 in Capital, +1 in other cities. Bonus is still not increased with Eras.

Mercantile: At Friends level, +1 Happiness in Ancient and Classical Eras, +2 in Medieval and Renaissance Eras, +4 in Industrial Era and beyond, from +2/+3/+3. At Allies level, the special, untradable luxury it gives and the lux's happiness is unchanged but the flat happiness is reduced by 1, down to 0/+1/+3.

Militaristic: Units spawn approximately every 18 turns at Friends level, down from 20 (about 11% faster) and approximately every 15 turns at Allies level, down from 17 (about 13% faster). The increase in spawn rate from Friends level to Allies level is 20%, up from the unmodded game's 17.6% Rate of spawn is still not increased with Eras.

Religious: At Friends level, +3 Faith in Ancient Era, +4 in Classical Era, +6 in Medieval Era, +9 in Renaissance Era, +12 in Industrial Era and beyond, up from +2/+2/+4/+4/+8. At Allies level, +6/+9/+12/+18/+24, up from +4/+4/+8/+8/+16.

Does not require any DLC, but it is intended for use with G&K which added Religious and Mercantile CS. This works with my other mods.

I do have all DLC so no problem there, and I tried validating files, 6 were missing but still doesnt work. Other mods are showing right but only this is missing and R.E.D mod, so still dont know what to do...

1. Do you have Gods and Kings DLC? I said that G&K is not needed but maybe I was wrong.
2. Try validating files. Go to Library, right click Civ 5, Properties, installed files, verify integrity of game files. If there are some broken files, it will be downloaded.

I really want this mods, but it doesnt show up in my mods so what can I do. I already tried unsubscribe and subscribe but still nothing. Any advice please?

Do you mean the CBP, now commonly called vox populi? If so, no, because it overhauls the game with dll. Unless a mod specifically states it is comatible with it, most mods won't work with it.
