Model designed by NGON, stats by monsterhart. This is an update/rebalance of NGON’s Local Fire Station. Generally speaking this fire house’s stats are half of the default Fire House. All but Upkeep which is adjusted to make the Upkeep/truck ratio proportionally (distance from Fire House to Local Fire Station, and from LFS to Fire Station) worse to maintain the incentive of upgrading (for game balance), and in some instances I had to slightly round.
