This is a nice looking building, but I agree the texture size is far too big. The file size could be cut down to half or even a third by chopping the texture size down to 1024x1024 or maybe even 1024x512. And the LOD texture should be smaller as well.

The texture doesn't need to be 2048 x 2048. It would be better to reduce so the file size is more reasonable

Did you basis this off of the building in next to the Mohegan Hotel in New London, CT? If so, not a bad job.

looks nice, but 9mb for a small growable building like this is excessive. many others on the workshop achieve same sized building at 3mb. so for now i will not download.

@matthiaspowerbomb No Propably no. Maybe i miss click. Whatever, sorry if i deleted that.
I know that texture can be smaller like 2048x1024. But I don't think that smaller resolution than 1024x512 of texture is good for model like that. I want to have much details as I can.
