Origins Unknown(BA Class 4, Player unlock level 25)

Primary roles: Exotic, Fire Base, Light HV/SV storage, Small Farm, Crafting, Storage

The Originum Ignotum (Origins Unknown in Latin) is an "Alien" base designed for Mr. Spicy August challenge. The contest was about building an unusual base, the more unusual the better. It is not very efficient vs the cost but it was designed around looks first and survival features second. It still does contain a small hangar, landing pad, farm, storage and crafting. The plan is to release a second version of this base as a POI as the layout was tailored to do so with a few minor changes.

Primary Features:

Exotic - Most everything about this base was a change from my previous builds. It uses a different color and texture scheme as well as very different architechure and is completely asymmetrical. This resulted in a lot of trial and error and a number of issues that needed to be fixed including changes made to the structure itself for increased strength.

Firebase - This base does have a fair amount of turrets with a upper and lower 360 degree defense as well as an artilley turret and it's primary feature is being a defense point with utility.

Features Summary:

1. Well defended with many turrets and a few sentry guns.
2. 3 Adv. Constructors, 24 cargo boxes
3. 27 grow plots divided into 2 small farms
4. Sensor based lighting and hangar door
5. PVE area located primary on lower floor with quick access in mind.
6. Repair station, armor locker, clone chamber, medic Station
7. 2 cooking stations and many fridges
8. 3 Entry points from the ground, 1 from upper landing pad.
9. Primary construction material is hardened steel.
10. O2 and oxygen station

Notes: This base was designed with 4 colors. Medium gray (Primary), Blue(accent 1), dark gray(accent 2), and black (accent 3). Replacing these colors in creative mode will completely change the look of the base. I intend on releasing the POI version using an alternative color scheme, but I have found it kind of fun to mess with alternative color schemes. Again, this is not a very efficient base considering it's cost vs functionality and it was not designed to be. It does however have a lot of extra space adding/changing things around. It is really meant to be a POI. Also, the lights were tuned for night time which gives it the best interior look possible.

! Also, be sure to place this on flat land raising the terain as needed to support all of the ground blocks before making any changes. Even placing a block without proper support could cause a partial collapse.
