I used this run as reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6XVGr9A_tA . They were pretty slow at times and made a few mistakes so it's easy to follow this one closely. Just beware that it is possible to lose the run at the boss fight because of bad rng (Twice I got to it at the same time as them, on the first one I ended woth a time of 20:21 and the other 20:16). My final time was 19:49.
I can't reproduce double jump glitch
To all those who complain about how difficult these are, I spent 9+ hours griding a single acheivement on Arkham Knight (out of 113), so spending a few hours watching the video and learning the route isn't too bad. It is very obvious that the devs meant for this game to be speedrun, considering the map layout. Thankfully these are the only hard acheivements in this game - you can easily get a perfect game just by trying for these two speedrun acheivements.
